Why isn't my login working?

Add an answeBeginning Tuesday, April 12th, 2022, Generations upgraded its Digital Online and Mobile Banking platform. To access their online banking after April 12, members will have to re-enroll.r here.

How do I re-enroll?

When our Online and Mobile Banking has been upgraded on April 12, members will need to re-enroll. To do this, you will need to know your account number, your social security number, and your birthdate.

1. Visit generationscreditunion.com and in the Online Banking box, click REGISTER NEW. You may also click on the Information Button below our banner.
2. Enter your Account Number, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth.
3. Enter a Username and Password of your choice.
4. After reading the Terms and Conditions, click the box to agree.
5. Complete the reCAPTCHA and click SUBMIT.

What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access. Beginning on April 26, a verification code will be required to complete your login. This code may be sent to your verified email or cell phone number on file.

Do I have to re-enroll in both the Online (desktop? AND Mobile Banking app?

You only need to “re-enroll” once. Whether you register for online or mobile banking first, you can use the username and password you set up to sign in for the first platform when you sign into the other platform. With our new online banking tool, you will have access to all of your accounts in one place.

This is one of the many awesome differences with the new system. All members should set up their own unique username and password. With one login, you will have access to any account you can transact business on; joint accounts, kids accounts, business accounts, etc.

Will I need to download a new mobile app?

Yes. Our new mobile banking app is incredible and, beginning April 12, will have to be downloaded from your app store.

1. From your mobile device, go to the App Store or Google Play Store and search for Generations Mobile.
2. Download the Generations Mobile app.
3. When ready to login, select the Generations Mobile app icon on your mobile device.
4. Login using your current online banking username and password. If you have not enrolled since our update on April 12, 2022, you will need to do so before you can use the Generations Mobile App.

How do I access my Bill Pay?

Bill Pay is still fast, convenient, and completely secure. To access or set up Bill Pay:

1. Login to Online banking at generationscreditunion.com or the Generations Mobile app.
2. From the Dashboard, select My Finances.
3. Select Bill Pay.
4. In the new window, select Add Payee or use the other search options available to find popular billers in your area.

Will my previously scheduled bill payments be saved?

All previously scheduled bill payments will be transferred to our new system with the exception of any Person-to-Person payments. Any Person-to-Person bill payments will need to be re-entered after enrollment on April 12. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.
